Why is it that I feel like I have NO FREE TIME? Geeze louise. Here’s a glimpse into my so called life:

5:53am Woke up to giggling. Kids were on the loveseat in the hall sleeping together. Yelled at them to get back to bed. Damn eastern time zone.

6:30am Decided I couldn’t go back to sleep. Got up and unloaded 2 suitcases that still had stuff left in them. Made my bed. Got dressed.

7am Got kids ready. Something witty happened in here but for the life of me I can’t remember it. I have no memory before 8am.

7:30 Fed everyone breakfast.

7:45 Wrote Birthday Blog Post for Dinara.

8:00 Emailed Dinara’s Teacher to let her know I was sending stuff for Dinara.

8:05 All snacks packed, Noah’s bag found (first day back at preschool for him today) everyone’s coats on. Dinara has her cookies and stickers to pass out.

8:10 Everyone loaded in the minivan. Dinara has a fit about Noah sitting in her seat.

8:15 Dropped off Dinara and Emma. Hear what I think is the gameboy playing in the back. Later find out it’s Dinara’s birthday present in the trunk. Lovely. A toy that makes lots of noise. What was I thinking?

8:35 Dropped off Noah. [insert choir of angels singing here]

8:50 Downed a cup of coffee and had some eggs.

9:10 Wrote out bank deposits and started a veggie soup and talked to friend Kim briefly on the phone. She brightly tells me I have a meeting at four for the play Emma is going to be in. I curse her under my breath.

9:20 Answered my backlog of emails on the house.

9:30 Called furniture store - where’s my discount - left message?

9:35 Called Insurance guy - left message.

9:40 Reconciled reservations with property manager.

9:50 Wasted 20 mins web surfin’

10:30 Got to the Bank to make two deposits and make a wire transfer.

10:45 Realized I didn’t have all the info I needed to make the wire transfer

11:00 Wasted 15 minutes getting necessary info

11:15 Saw friend Myrna at the bank and stopped to chat. Wants to get together this week.

11:35 Picked up Noah

11:50 Made Noah lunch

12:15 Made me lunch

12:25 Noah and I wrapped Dinara’s birthday presents

12:40 Took Noah to Old Navy cause we realized this morning he went through a growth spurt and nothing fits! Was going to go to Gymboree but Noah fell asleep in the cart at Old Navy and I didn’t have the heart to wake him so I decided to run other errands. Then I went to Hallmark to buy two birthday cards. Then I went to Bed, Bath and Beyond to buy a salad spinner cause Im tired of eating salads with wet soggy lettuce.

3:00 Picked up Dinara and Emma from school

3:15 Opened presents with Dinara

3:45 Went to pick up script and schedule for the play Aladdin that Kim roped encouraged Emma to be in with Neve.

4:40 Home from play schedule meeting and writing this blog post.

I seriously like more free time in my life.
