A few days ago was my one year blog anniversary. Passed without a whole lot of fanfare. Seems silly to celebrate my exhibitionist side while leaving my voyeuristic side out in the cold. I mean after all, I’ve been reading blogs for way longer then I’ve been writing one. And there is no celebration of that.

Also… while we are on the subject of blogs… I just wanted to put out there a statement to the handful of folks who know me in “real life” who read my blog. Ground rules if you will. I hereby promise to not write about you (unless you tell me its ok) or use my blog as some passive agressive and veiled communication vehicle within the context of other stories. Just wanted to say that. Ya know. Just in case you were wonderin’. And because I think it’s human nature for people to read stuff and try to figure out “is she talking about me?” I’ve done it a handful of times… but no more. I promise.

And for the sick friends who’ve already told me they don’t care if I write about our relationship… I’m buying you a “I’m Blogging Fodder” tee shirt for Christmas. Heh.
