Yummy New Cereal!

Ok… don’t hate me for sharing this… but this Kellogg’s Mini-Swirlz Cinnamon Bun cereal is pretty good! And you can feel good about it being whole grain to counter act the sugar guilt! It’s really yummy.
Finally a cinnamon cereal that really tastes like a cinnamon roll. You know you’ve been waiting for it!

it’s actually not new, they used to have it out before…I just don’t remember what it’s called anymore.

I hate to break it to you but the number 1 ingredient is corn. I don’t think corn is a very good whole grain. Number 2 is sugar, of course. They also list some sprinkling of oats or something way down on the list. But it sure tastes good! Nutritionally, I’d put this one in the middle of the pack. Way ahead of Pebbles but far behind Life or shredded wheat.

OH I MUST agree here! I bought this Sunday after noticing it for the first time and let me just say I am SO not disappointed! Yummy goodness just waiting for my bowl every mornign!

I would love that cereal! Yum. Just can’t. I’m react to sulfites and that is guaranteed to be loaded with them! Darn. I turn into a big hive, get a headache, chills and feel like I got the flu. I HATE SULFITES!
