Not to discourage, but the only time I purchased from them it took forever for my shoes to arrive (like three weeks, even though I had a UPS tracking number and they shipped them within a week. I think the dude got lost)
Then, I had ordered the wrong size so I returned them (easily, they happily credited my card, even though I had worn them running) and I found a local store with the same shoe but in my size for the same price. So I didn’t wait for them to ship me a replacement, just took the credit.
Now free shipping would tilt the scale in their favor, when I purchased from them I had to pay for the shipping (where the driver got lost
