Ok so I’m back in the “keep the house” camp. I have rationalized that I can have a “plan” to make 12 months of no rental income easier. I will “disasterize” my portfolio. I will save up money. Right after I get back from Maui. *laugh*

Ok… so I have been productive today. Went grocery shopping. Came home and made some yummy garlic and sage meatballs for dinner. Cleaned up the downstairs. Answered some email.

Liking you, liking your blog is no longer enough. I need commitment - or at least a really good one night stand.
