So in the continuation of the house drama… the value is really only 70K more if the real estate agent sold it. Since their commission is 60K… now we are faced with the decision… do we accept the bird in the hand or should I haul down there and try to eek out another 35K?

And one of the real estate guys talked about how the maket has “peaked” and the demand isn’t as great……
