Do you ever sit down to write a blog post, write a few paragraphs and then hit the delete key because you sound either:
1. Really boring
2. Really whiney
3. Really lame

Yeah. Me too.

I’m too weary for insights today. I have a few, but I just am too lazy to give you the back story. So I will just summarize my enlightenments:

• I’m wondering if I can bribe my 9 year old to get out of going to the school’s movie night tonight. I wonder how much said bribe will cost me.

• There is nothing more centering to make you appreciate your own children then volunteering to chaperone a “Limo to Lunch” and realize other people must never take their kids out to eat and teach them manners.

• Nothing good happens when my son is over tired and can’t use his words.

• The song from my kids assembly this morning “I’m a peace builder – I build peace” theme song is very catchy. It’s playing over and over again in my mind.

• Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.
